CEO Hub Terms of Use and Membership

Effective date: 25 September 2026.

1. Who operates CEO Hub

CEO Hub is operated by CEO HUB LTD, trading as CEO Hub, of Suite 95, 95 Wilton Road, London, SW1V 1BZ, United Kingdom. Contact us at support@ceohub.com or through the Contact page. Registered in England and Wales, company number 13662399.

These terms cover your use of CEO Hub’s website, community, learning materials and membership services. A purchase may also have specific terms shown before checkout. Those terms describe the particular product and price; they do not remove your mandatory legal rights. You can save or print these terms for your records.

2. Accounts and responsible use

You must be at least 18 to create or use a CEO Hub account, purchase a membership or offer goods or services. We ask you to declare your date of birth and explicitly accept these terms before member access is available. Do not provide a false date. Contact support if you believe an eligibility decision is incorrect. Give accurate account details, keep access credentials private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Do not share a personal membership as a group account without our agreement.

Do not use CEO Hub for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, discrimination, unsolicited bulk messages, malware, unauthorised access or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not publish someone else’s private information without a lawful basis. Only upload material you are entitled to use. We may investigate reports, remove content and restrict activity where reasonably necessary to protect users or meet our obligations.

3. Memberships, courses and demonstrations

Your plan description identifies the features included. Some courses, hub access, events, creator subscriptions and marketplace products may be sold separately; any additional charge must be shown before you buy. A membership does not automatically include every separately priced offering.

Materials labeled “Demo” or “Sample” demonstrate the platform and are not recordings of an actual event unless expressly stated. They are not evidence of business results, qualifications or earnings. Educational material offers general information; seek appropriate professional advice for decisions requiring financial, tax, investment or legal expertise. We do not guarantee income, employment, sales or a particular business outcome.

We will supply services with reasonable care and skill and digital content as described, subject to applicable consumer law. Tell us if purchased content is inaccessible or does not match its description so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

4. Prices, billing and renewals

The currency, total price, billing interval and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Check these details before confirming your order. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or bank charges.

A recurring plan renews at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. A one-time plan is not a recurring subscription. “Lifetime” describes the one-time membership offer shown when you purchase; it does not permit us to remove promised paid access arbitrarily or displace your legal remedies if we stop supplying the service.

Payments are processed through the payment provider identified at checkout. We may restrict paid access if payment fails or a paid period expires, but will not charge an undisclosed fee to restore it. We will explain a material price change before it takes effect and give you an opportunity to cancel future renewals.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage a recurring membership through Account → Manage Plan and its billing portal. If you cannot use that route, contact us with your account email and the membership you want to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; the confirmation will explain when access ends. Closing an account and cancelling separately supplied third-party products may require separate instructions.

UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts for services or digital content, subject to the applicable rules. To cancel within an applicable cancellation period, send us a clear statement before it expires. You do not have to use a particular form. For convenience, you may send: “I cancel my contract for [membership/product], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”

Simply signing up, opening a page or accepting these terms does not waive a statutory cancellation right. Where immediate digital supply would affect that right, any legally required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained separately. Charges for services supplied during a cancellation period apply only where the legal conditions are met. We process refunds due under cancellation law within the applicable deadline, normally to the original payment method without an additional refund fee.

Your rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or inadequately supplied content or services continue to apply. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

6. Marketplace, creators and other members

Listings should identify the seller, deliverable, price and any specific fulfilment or cancellation terms. Where a third party is the supplier, your purchase contract is with that supplier unless checkout expressly identifies CEO Hub as the supplier. Do not assume a listing, profile, badge or community post is a guarantee or independent verification by CEO Hub.

Sellers must describe offers accurately, comply with applicable law, fulfil their commitments and handle customer data responsibly. A dispute can be reported through the platform’s available support or dispute channel. Platform assistance does not replace remedies available against the supplier or payment provider.

7. Content and intellectual property

We or our licensors retain rights in the platform and our learning materials. Your membership permits the personal or internal business use described for the material. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or remove ownership notices from it without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, display and share it as needed to provide the features and audience settings you choose, moderate the service and maintain backups. This does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to sell your content. Copies shared with other users, legal records and backups may remain where reasonably necessary after removal.

8. Suspension, changes and service availability

We may temporarily restrict access for security incidents, serious misuse, unpaid charges or legal requirements. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. We may act immediately where needed to prevent harm. Any effect on prepaid access must be fair and respect applicable refund rights.

We may maintain and improve the service. We will not use a general change clause to remove a material paid benefit without an appropriate remedy. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply where required; changes are not retrospective reductions of rights attached to an existing purchase.

9. Responsibility and complaints

We remain responsible for loss that the law makes us responsible for, including foreseeable loss caused by our breach where applicable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact.

Contact support@ceohub.com with the account or order reference and the resolution you seek. We will investigate and respond fairly. You may also use remedies provided by your payment provider, regulator or competent court.

10. Applicable law and international users

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without displacing mandatory protections that apply elsewhere. This choice does not take away mandatory protections that apply to consumers in their country of habitual residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in any court to which applicable law gives them access. We do not require consumers to use compulsory private arbitration or waive non-waivable rights.

Users and suppliers outside the UK remain subject to local requirements that apply to their activities. Availability of the site in a country is not a representation that every offering is suitable or lawful there.
