Account & Profile
How do I create an account?
Click Join Now in the top right of any page, enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside and you're in. The Free plan is fully accessible from day one, no credit card required.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the Log In page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter the email tied to your account and we'll send you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam.
Can I change my email address or username?
Yes — once logged in, go to your profile settings. You can update your email, display name, profile photo, and bio anytime. Email changes require re-verification of the new address.
How do I delete my account?
If you'd like to delete your account, send us a quick email at hello@ceo-hub.com from the address tied to your account and we'll process it within 48 hours. Per our Privacy Policy, this permanently removes your data.
Membership & Plans
What's the difference between Free, Premium, and Pro?
Free gets you community access, public events, and the resource library. Premium adds exclusive events, all 12 growth hubs, job opportunities, and priority support. Pro adds 1-on-1 mentorship, featured profile, advanced analytics, and early event access. See the full comparison.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is permanent — no trial needed. For Premium and Pro, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
How do the 12 Growth Hubs work?
Each hub is a curated track focused on a specific income path — E-Commerce, AI Business, Trading, Property, Wealth Systems, and 7 more. You get a curriculum, system, and a community of people building in that space. Premium and Pro members get access to all 12.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details.
When am I charged?
For monthly plans, you're charged the day you subscribe and on the same date each month thereafter. For annual plans, you're charged once and renewed on the same date next year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from your account settings — no calls, no questions. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle, then you drop back to the Free plan.
Can I get an invoice / receipt?
Yes. Every payment generates an invoice that's emailed to you automatically. You can also view and download all past invoices from your account settings under "Billing".
Community & Events
How do I join a group or hub?
Browse the Groups directory or visit a specific hub page. Click "Join" on any group you want to be part of. Premium and Pro members can join all groups; Free members can join public groups.
How do I sign up for an event?
Visit the Events page, click an event you're interested in, and hit "Register". You'll get a confirmation email with the calendar invite and join link.
Are community discussions private?
Most discussions are visible to all members. Some groups are private — you'll see a lock icon next to those. Direct messages between members are always private.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Every post, comment, and profile has a "Report" option. Or email hello@ceo-hub.com directly. We review every report and take action within 24 hours.
Technical Support
The site is loading slowly or not at all — what should I do?
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) and clear your browser cache. If the issue persists, try a different browser or incognito window. If still broken, email hello@ceo-hub.com with a screenshot and we'll investigate.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All payments run through Stripe (PCI-compliant). Site traffic is HTTPS-encrypted. Your profile data is private by default — you control what's visible. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet, but the site is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. Add the site to your home screen for a near-native experience. A dedicated app is on our roadmap.
